Do I need to register to receive the cashback points?
No, you are automatically enrolled in Cashback program once you activate the card.
Shall I earn 10% on all transactions made online or via wallets (Apple Pay or Samsung Wallet)?
All transactions made online or via wallets (Apple Pay or Samsung Wallet) whether domestically or internationally shall earn 10%* Cashback except utilities, telecom, supermarket and education.
*up to AED 300 per month
Can I redeem the points on whatever I spend during the month?
Cashback is calculated once the statement is generated. You can redeem the points earned on the previous statements if total points is equivalent to or greater than AED 100. Redemption can be done through Online & Mobile Banking “SIB Digital” or by calling 065999999.
Is there a minimum spend to qualify for the Cashback?
No, you earn points on every purchase transaction.
Can I make payments on the card using the Cashback points?
Cashback points will not be considered as card payment, it will be credited against the outstanding balance, therefore, it will not offset the minimum payment that you’re supposed to pay against the card.
How much do I need to spend to qualify for fee waiver second year onward?
You must spend AED 10,000 or above to qualify for the waiver. This excludes Balance Transfer, Cash Advances or fees.
When do the Cashback points expire?
Cashback must be redeemed within 36 months from the date you made the transaction.
